Fire Alarm Plan Review

This one day seminar is intended for AHJ's involved in the fire alarm system plan review, contractors providing submittal documentation for plan review and fire alarm system designers. Learn how to perform battery & voltage drop calculations, proper placement of smoke detectors and determine proper locations for notification appliances.

Intermediate Fire Alarm - NICET Level 1 and 2
8:00AM - 4:00PM CDT
This two day course provides training on the requirements for proper design, installation and testing of fire alarm systems, as well as education to assist applicants wishing to become NICET Level 2 certified in the field of fire alarm systems. Includes information on the new computer-based test methods.

Registrant Acknowledges that seminar discounts are only eligible to KYAFAA or AFAA members in good standing at the time of registration and to bonafide government employees. Registrant agrees to pay non-discounted seminar fees if membership or government employee status is not current at the time of registration.
Discounts Available for a Limited Time: Government & Association Members in good standing must submit seminar registrations at least 2-weeks prior to the start of the seminars to be eligible for discounts.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: A full refund of the seminar registration fee may be obtained provided KYAFAA receives written notification at least 7 days prior to the start of the seminar. All other cancellations will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. “No-shows” are ineligible for refunds. Special circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis. KYAFAA seminars are subject to cancellation when pre-registration falls below the minimum number of 20 attendees. KYAFAA cannot be responsible for losses resulting from cancellation of any seminar.
